Select Services provide dedicated floor managers to supervise the smooth running of the event throughout your tenancy.
The Floor/Site Manager ensures the following duties are implemented and monitored:
• Carry out pre event and post event delapidations.
• Check mark out and exhibitor location.
• Communicating and working with the exhibitor on site to ensure they have a successful show.
• Ensure security and emergency procedures are in place and adhered to.
• Liaise with traffic control and monitor loading areas and gangways.
• Monitor and police site deadlines in accordance with the event timetable.
• Provide the organiser with regular updates of site development.
