Moira Mackintosh General Manager
Moira heads up the Birmingham office of Select Services and has 20 years experience within the exhibition industry, 10 of which were at NEC. Moira is extremely knowledgeable of the SMBC regulations, especially with regard to stand plan approvals. The knowledge gained at NEC and her relationship with organisers is a great asset when working with other venues. Moira also also manages administration of both the Birmingham and Sussex offices.
Stephanie Bailey Administration Assistant
Stephanie currently runs our extensive database and invoicing procedures, and also assists in the management of company administration.
Duncan Gordon Deputy General Manager
Duncan has worked in the exhibition industry for 18 years. Much of his experience was gained during 10 years of working in House Management at NEC dealing with organiser requirements as well as floorplan and stand plan approvals. His knowledge of the venue and regulations is extremely useful for events being held at the NEC. His experience of the industry is also a real advantage when working at other venues.
Lynne Slatter Assistant Planning Manager
Lynne most recently worked at the NEC as an Event Planning Manager and worked at the NEC for a total of 15 years. She has a wealth of experience within exhibition and event planning and has worked closely with many of the well known faces within the Industry.
Janet Wilson Technical Assistant
Janet has over 20 years experience of working at NEC, latterly as Deputy House Manager and has worked closely with the Local Authority, industry bodies and organisers to help improve client experience within the industry. Janet’s experience is invaluable to our clients looking for advice, perhaps on stand plan submissions, floor layouts or risk assessments.
